3 Percent Formula (“we” or “us” or “Milton Olave”) has established this Privacy Policy to explain how it protects and manages the personal information that it collects from you online.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the site can download and extract any location data from pictures on the website.

Contact forms

By default, WordPress does not include a contact form. If you use a contact form plugin, use this subsection to note what personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form, and how long you keep it. When it does, we will also revise the “last update” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. 3 Percent Formula may make new uses or disclosures of information collected from users, such as in connection with an investigation of a breach of an agreement, contravention of laws, an emergency where the life, health or security of an individual is threatened, the collection of a debt or in compliance with the request of a law enforcement agency or a court order, and in such circumstances, this Website will not inform and obtain the consent of the user prior to such change. By submitting your information via a web form, you are giving permission and agree to receive emails, phone calls and or text messages about the event for which you registered, invitations to upcoming events and workshops in your area, special promotions, offers, and other Sustainable Success updates. We may email, call, or text message you based on the information that you have provided via the web form or in person at an event. Your data will be stored in InfusionSoft, a password protected database only accessed by authorized company personnel. If you make a purchase from us, your data will also be stored in SalesForce with password protected access to authorized company personnel. We do not sell your information or data to any 3rd parties or share your data with any outside parties without expressed consent or interest via email.

A user may withdraw his or her consent for the collection, use, and disclosure at any time by sending an email to info@eleadershipcorp.com to unsubscribe. You may also unsubscribe to any of our online e-mail updates by following the unsubscribe instructions in the body of any e-mail message. Please note that, if you do, this Website may suspend its provision of products and services to you.

Accountability

Sustainable Success collects specific “personal information” (information that personally identifies you) which may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number, and information about your computer hardware and software (e.g., IP address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access times, and referring web site addresses).

We have implemented this Privacy Policy to protect personal information received from its users and to respond to any inquiries. The Privacy Policy also provides that we will use appropriate contractual means to establish a comparable level of protection for personal information which is sent for processing by third parties on our behalf.

Sustainable Success has designated responsibility for your personal information to its operations manager, who ensures compliance with the principles in this Privacy Policy. Other Sustainable Success individuals may be delegated to act on behalf of the operations manager.

3 Percent Formula limits its collection of personal information to only that information which is necessary for the Identified Purposes. 3 Percent Formula does not direct its site to, nor does it knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of sixteen.

When you visit the Website, a cookie may be placed on your computer or the cookie may be read if you have visited the Website previously. Transferring and or accessing your information outside of Europe

As part of the services offered to you through this website, the information which you provide to us will be transferred to countries outside the European Union (“EU”). By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EU. Your data is stored in password-protected cloud-based software only accessible by authorized company personnel. This approved personnel do live and travel outside of the EU, therefore accessing your information while not located in the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws in the UK. However, your data is not stored, or hosted in these countries as the information is only available via password-protected cloud services through InfusionSoft and SalesForce. By submitting your data, you agree to this transfer, storing, accessing or processing. If we transfer your information outside of the EU in this way, we will take steps to ensure that appropriate security measures are taken with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Policy.

If you use our services while you are outside the EU, your information may be transferred outside the EU to provide you with those services.

Disclosure, Processing, and Retention

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to anyone else, except (a) to someone you have designated to act as your agent, for one or more of the Identified Purposes (listed in Section 3, above);

Also, as we continue to develop our business, we or our affiliates may sell or buy other companies or entities, or we may merge with another company. In such transactions, personal information may be one of the transferred business assets. Also, if 3 Percent Formula or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, or in any other country in which 3 Percent Formula or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By using this website, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

The accuracy of Personal Information

We will use reasonable efforts to keep personal information accurate for the Identified Purposes, and for minimizing the possibility of making inappropriate user decisions based on such information. Users are responsible for informing Sustainable Success about changes to their personal information. 3 Percent Formula will use new or updated personal information it receives from users to update its records.
By accepting this privacy policy, you are acknowledging that your data submitted is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge. If you are providing data on behalf of someone else, i.e., if you are registering a guest for an event, you acknowledge that their data is up to date and have been given consent by that individual to submit data on their behalf.

3 Percent Formula will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect user’s personal information.

Access to Personal Information

3 Percent Formula will afford you a reasonable opportunity to review the personal information in your file only, upon request to the operations manager at info@eleadershipcorp.com.
If Sustainable Success is not able to provide access to some aspect of a user’s personal information, it will provide reasons for denying access such as: that by doing so would likely reveal personal information about a third party, or that it is confidential commercial information or attorney-client privileged communications, or that the information relates to a breach of an agreement or a contravention of law, or that its disclosure could reasonably be expected to threaten the life or security of another individual. Users have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be amended as appropriate, by contacting 3 Percent Formula at info@eleadershipcorp.com. Sustainable Success will promptly correct such personal information.

Users have the right to deletion of their personal information. If a user would like their personal information deleted, they should email info@eleadershipcorp.com. When a user’s account is terminated, personal data such as the users email address, phone number, and birth-date will be deleted, but the Sustainable Success may retain and use your data as necessary to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, showing transactional history with the company to resolve disputes or to enforce our agreements and rights. In line with this policy, we will either securely delete or anonymize your personal data so that it cannot be linked back to you.
